xBeat Privacy Policy

MusicTools Software does not collect any identifiable personal data from users of xBeat.

The only data MusicTools Software collects would be a gamer handle which would voluntarily be entered by xBeat’s users for use with the leaderboard. The leaderboard resides on our webhost’s servers.

Users should take care that this data, their “Public Name”, does not make them personally identifiable. Users can hide their name by turning it off in “Leader Profile”. Users can have this data deleted by resetting their Public Name, or by contacting us at moderator@musictoolssoftware.com and we will delete it manually from the database on our webhost’s servers.
